Telephone collection has been an essential tool that AMA have offered to clients for over two decades now. Our own Minerva software incorporates an automatic telephone dialling system.

We have now supplemented that with a predictive dialling system ensuring that our operators' time is spent actively talking to clients.

An added benefit of the software is an automatic message sender prompting an increase in callbacks. These messages are sent in a combination of voice and text.

The final benefit is the screening of dead numbers. For both high and low volume creditors this is leading to an increase in collection activity. It has also increased the capacity of AMA to handle high volume clients that already includes local authorities and national debt collection agencies.
