Call Centre Opening Hours

In response to feedback, the Alex M Adamson call centre hours will be extended as follows from Monday 10 September 2012.

• Monday to Thursday 8.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m
• Friday 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
• Saturday 9.00 a.m - 12.00 p.m.

Our staff will available throughout these hours to deal with all enquiries including calls concerning payment of Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates, Rent Arrears and all other types of debt. Our call centre can be contacted on 01324 621293. We will also be adding Saturday mornings to our hours of operation and information regarding that will be posted on this website.
